Exceptional service from start to finish. Cut back a massive macadamia in a very tight space with no damage to surrounding garden,trimmed palms and overhanging vegetation. Left no mess at all. Highly recommend.
Had approximately 40 gumtree stumps on my 5 Acres, ground down below grass level in under a day with their big remote controlled stump grinder. They did a fantastic job, communicated well both in person and over the app (wet weather impacted dates and times a couple of times, I was always kept in the loop) gave an amazing quote and stayed true to it. We used these guys to remove several huge palms and a plethora of trees in our yard. They gave us a fantastic price based on a whole day’s work. They even carried out the work whilst we were away and left our property so neat and clean that other than the missing trees you almost wouldn’t have known they’d been there. I highly recommend these guys if needing tree lopping and stump grinding.
I contacted my usual tree maintenance people that I have used for over 10 years and didn’t get a response. After 2 attempts I realised I was always chasing them up just to book a job and usually to get an invoice after. Called Budget Tree Services and they turned up when they said they would, did exactly what I asked and left everything clean and tidy. They are probably not the cheapest but I’d rather pay someone that gives the impression they actually want my money instead of having to always chase people like they are doing me a favour gracing me with their business. My usual guys contacted me 6 weeks later after the job was already done……hopeless.
